FRIENDS N SMILE FOUNDATION is an organized team of  Specialist Doctors,  Professionals  and Volunteers, Institutes with Desire, Dedication and Effort to Support and Co-operate with their Skills and Resources, coming together on one platform, to do something in our capacity for the needy. We get our satisfaction and fulfilment from the smiles on their faces. We believe in collective effort of the team. We have been sustaining this effort for last 8 years and covering a whole host of activities be it surgeries and medical treatment for the needy, education and uplifting of street children in our endeavor to make them good human beings, helping in times of disaster and pandemic with medicines, food and other essential supplies. 

From a humble beginning, we have been slowly but steadily growing in our capacity to help.
